Matt believes every project, no matter how large or small, deserves big ideas. Prior to Herd of Shepherds, he worked at agencies like VML, DDB, Publicis, Wunderman Thompson, POSSIBLE, FCB and The Richards Group. Over his career he’s delivered big thinking to a wide range of brands including Budweiser, The Home Depot, AT&T, Nintendo, Coca-Cola, Paramount Pictures, Chevrolet, The North Face, Subaru, Verizon, Smartsheet, 7-Eleven, Tableau, Chick-fil-A, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Clorox, Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix and Sherman Williams.

Shawn’s varied background spans everything from large holding co shops like DDB and VML to independent PR agencies, and client side for Brooks Sports. He’s passionate about exploring how technology and creativity can inspire action in the world. During his career he’s led work for a wide range of clients including Bacardi, Microsoft, Sherwin Williams, Honda, Nestle, AT&T, Chateau Ste Michelle, Safeco Insurance, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Whole Foods Market.

 

Megan Ball / Partner, Executive Producer

With over 15 years experience in content development and video production, Megan has worked on every scale of project, from multi-million dollar brand campaigns to shoe- string independent films.

Megan has a passion for great communication, stunning visual storytelling, and experimentation. She brings extensive knowledge of all aspects of content production and post-production, including Live Action, Design and Animation, Editorial and Audio, along with a dedication to building great teams and fostering creative energy and growth for the individuals, brands, agencies and filmmakers that she works with.
